Sri Lanka is having the largest biodiversity density in Asia. Sri Lanka's main production is agriculture which is mainly rice and tea or spices. Sri Lanka produce and exports things like tea and spices, rubber manufactures, precious stones such as gold, silver or any other resource, coconut products, and fish. But these days Sri Lanka is having many problem in environment due to increase of Urban area, deforestation, factories, and mining for resoureces, which is leading to pollution.

MOVEMENT

Movement in Sri Lanka is based mainly on the road network as Sri Lanka is having well developed road transport system, such as car, bus, and three wheeler (Auto rickshaw or Tuk - Tuk). But also Sri Lanka have developed rail way system which is about 1,450 km in total. These transports makes tourists and people more easier to travel.

Sri Lanka's official language is Sinhalese and Tamil. They classify English as their main foreign language. Most of the people in Sri Lanka is Theravada Buddhists (70.19%), which is about 14.23 million. Sri Lanka, like many other Asian nations, is a nation rich in cultural traditions. Dancing and celebrations take the main stage in traditions celebrated in Sri Lanka.

It's capital is Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte and have population of about 20.28 million. It's population density is about 323/sq km. It's land is mainly flat, coastal area with mountains rising only in the southern and central part. Climate in there is tropcal and warm due to wind blowing from Indian Ocean named Monsoon wind or climate. Average temperature in Sri Lanka is about 28°C to 31°C.

Absolute location - latitude 7°N and longitude 81°E
Relative location - Sri Lanka is located in Southern Asia. It is located in Southern and Eastern Hemisphere. It is divided from Indian Subcontinent ny Gulf of Mannar and Palk strait. It belongs to  Indian tectonic plate, a minor plate within the Indo-Australian Plate. It's coast line is bordered by 3 water bodies, Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal, and Gulf of Mannar. And it is located in south of India and East of Somalia.
